Emily Holmes (born 1996) grew up in Central Florida and is currently based in Los Angeles. After graduating from the Art Institute of Chicago with her Master of Art Therapy and Counseling, Holmes began using clay as her main medium to explore their multiple identities as an artist, therapist, and client. She draws inspiration from her background in illustration to recreate everyday objects that are both decorative and functional holding places.
