Tatiana Cardona hand makes every piece of the small batches released by Female Alchemy. The Miami-based ceramicist creates lively, empowering, and functional art pieces meant to brighten up your home. The term alchemy is one that defines a magic process of creation. Female Alchemy sheds light on the magic held by female creators. The concept of lips was inspired by the feminist movement where red lipstick stood as a symbol of protest. The work has since then evolved into a positive and fun way to promote femininity in the sacred and ancient medium of ceramics.
Product Description
Hand-made ceramic spikey candelabra. Thrown on a wheel, spikes are hand-sculpted and added after the piece is trimmed, then it is fired in a kiln, glazed for coloring, then fired once again for final product.
Each item is unique. Please note that coloration and finish may vary.
